The Treatment Sequence.

Please read this information before your appointment. Complete the Preparation Checklist for your service type before WTFunk arrives.

Before Treatment

Remove the odor source and complete required cleaning, repairs, and preparation. Ozone treatment does not replace source removal.
Disclose prior chemicals, sensitive materials, connected or occupied areas, access restrictions, and anything you are unsure about.
WTFunk will inspect the area and may delay, modify, or decline treatment if conditions are unsafe or preparation is incomplete.

During Treatment

Professional ozone treatment is performed only in a secured, unoccupied area. All people, animals, and plants must remain out.
Treatment time varies with area size, odor source and severity, temperature, humidity, airflow, and affected materials. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

Do not enter or use the Treatment Area until WTFunk has officially released it.

Odor Removal, Ventilation & Clearance

After ozone generation ends, WTFunk completes the job-specific ozone-removal, ventilation, inspection, and clearance procedure.
Do not enter, move equipment, open doors or windows, change HVAC settings, or disturb the Treatment Area unless WTFunk instructs you to do so.
Re-entry depends on WTFunk's clearance and official release - not elapsed time and not whether ozone can be smelled.

Results & Limitations

Ozone may reduce certain odors after the underlying source has been removed. Results vary, and complete or permanent odor elimination is not guaranteed.
Deeply absorbed or recurring odors may require additional treatment, cleaning, repair, or replacement.
This service is not mold, asbestos, pest, biohazard, or structural remediation and does not correct leaks, moisture intrusion, sewage, or mechanical problems.

Material Effects

Ozone may discolor, dry, crack, corrode, or alter leather, natural rubber, latex, elastic, foam, dyes, textiles, adhesives, sealants, electronics, exposed wiring, and unknown materials.
Remove or disclose sensitive, valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable property. WTFunk may exclude items, modify the scope, or decline treatment when material risk is unacceptable.

After WTFunk Releases the Area

Follow all ventilation, access, and post-treatment instructions. Do not rely on odor as a safety test.
If anyone experiences coughing, throat or eye irritation, chest tightness, or breathing difficulty after entry, leave for fresh air, prevent others from entering, contact WTFunk, and seek medical help if symptoms are significant or persist.

The Key Point: Release Means Ready.

Equipment being off, time having passed, or no longer noticing an odor does not authorize entry. Wait for WTFunk's official release and follow the instructions provided for your specific service.
